We work hard to keep our product listings, descriptions, and pricing accurate, but occasionally mistakes happen (wrong price, typo in a spec sheet, etc.). If we catch an error, we’ll correct it and let you know before completing any order affected by it.
Products and Pricing
Everything we sell is genuine, authentic equipment from the brands we list — we don’t deal in knockoffs or grey-market goods. Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice, though we’ll always honor the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Occasionally an item may sell out faster than our inventory updates; if that happens, we’ll reach out right away with options, including a full refund.
Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy, and we confirm it once payment goes through and we’ve checked everything’s in order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and all transactions are processed securely. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if we suspect fraud, if there’s a pricing error, or if an item is unexpectedly unavailable. If that happens, you won’t be charged, or you’ll be refunded promptly.
Shipping and Delivery
